Thursday afternoon Immunology exam. Up for grabs 40% of our total course mark. 2 girls walk in 5 minutes before the exam. They suddenly got a panicked look on their face. It soon became clear that they had no knowledge of the exam being on that day. Its a 4000 level course...one girls excuse..."But I still had not had the chance to get a syllabus". Needless to say my prof did not argue with either of them but he did lecture the class before the exam the way a disappointed father would a child. When the girls came in and tried to wiggle their way out of the exam all I could think of was "poor you"...not in any mean way. I knew how hard the exam was going to be and there is no way that anyone could walk into one of this profs test and have any hope in hell of passing. I put in 15 hours of studying for this test and I might get a 70% as I blanked out on a question. I'm pretty sure both of them will be dropping. Both girls decided to take the test after all. One last 5 min and the other 1/2 and hour. I felt pretty bad for them. Today I wrote a Molecular Genetics midterm. If it wasn't for the fact that I blanked out on the 2 major question I might have done ok. At least I wasn't alone. One girl left quietly crying and the 3 guys I was talking to after did not seem to happy with its out come either. Oh well. Back to the studying. Another midterm monday in developmental biology. Skakes - I think I would enjoy the term better if all my tests weren't fully written. Whats so bad about some matching people throw me a bone. | | |
| Life Soundtrack IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE, WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE? So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc) 2. Put it on shuffle 3. Press play 4. For every question, type the song that's playing 5. When you go to a new question, press the next button 6. Don't lie
